Due to my injuries in January and upcoming surgery in July, I am not keeping normal business hours.

CALL at least TWO DAYS before your arrival.
If I cannot be there, I’ll arrange for an associate
to be at the shop. I should also be available for phone consultation while you’re there, if need be.
